Texas Truck Driver Destroys 4 water mains

Around 12:15pm today an Indiana 18 wheeler turned west bound on 35th place. The truck took out a street sign, and threw a fire plug 15 ft in the air on 35th place. The collision with city property caused four 12in water mains to rupture leaving basements in a five block radius in disarray. Normally when a plug is struck the damage to internal mains is minimal. However, this genius strike caused a ripple effect through the system crushing water mains blocks away.
